As a MCIPD (member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and Development), I have over 23 years experience in delivering human resources services within a number of industries including FMCG, foreign exchange, telecommunications and manufacturing.

I am an experienced generalist HR professional; I have a practical approach with a strong belief that an effective, proactive and commercially focused HR function can truly add value to the bottom line of any business. I am confident that in my current capacity as a freelance HR consultant that I can provide the skills, methodology and experience necessary to meet the requirements of your business.
